Half-term fun is Harry Potter-themed

There’s a Harry Potter-flavoured week of fun and games and spells and owls at the National Botanic Garden of Wales this coming half-term.

The fun, family activities run every day from Saturday Oct 27th to Sunday Nov 4th and offer visitors the chance to make their own magic wand, learn how to cast spells and meet Hedwig lookalike ‘Margaret’, the snowy owl.

All the action takes place in the British Bird of Prey Centre so, as well as all of the above fun and games, there are also three flying displays every day – at 11.30am, 1pm and 2.30pm. There is an additional £3.50 charge for entry to the British Bird of Prey Centre.

The Garden is open from 10am to 6pm with last entry at 5pm.

Admission to the Garden is £10. Under 5s are free and parking is free for all.
