On Thursday, October the 18th in Haverfordwest, Dyfed-Powys Police responded to a report of a possible sighting of Steve Baxter – the man officers need to speak to in connection with the murder of Simon Clark from Pendine, Carmarthenshire, reported on September the 28th.
