I found Smallfoot to be a very enjoyable film with a lot of visual humor and some catchy tunes with a strong life lesson at the end. Channing Tatum gives us a character that can capture the hearts of children all over the world with a hundred and twelve minutes of laughter and song. Channing Tatum joined by the likes of James Corden, Danny DeVito, Zendaya and Common make this cast a joy to watch and listen to.

Tatum, I was surprised to see do pretty well in the role of Migo. A Yeti with a big heart with a dream. His vocal expressions fitted really well with what was portrayed which made his character very believable. I can also say the same for James Corden who is always an absolute joy to see. Playing the role of Percy, a wildlife/Nature vlogger looking for his big story begins as someone who is desperate and pathetic who learns that things aren’t what they seem. This is where he learns that there is something bigger than himself. It’s not just Tatum and Corden, each actor and character blended well on a higher level together which makes Smallfoot a movie I would gladly see again.

It’s kind of an interesting concept if you think about it. I mean if Yetis really existed how do we know that they wouldn’t be telling campfire stories about us? There really is a very important message that this film is speaking out to us here. And that is honestly one of the most important features that one can add to a story in my opinion. If you go to see this film I promise you’ll have a lot of fun.

Thanks for reading.
