DYFED-POWYS POLICE CONFIRM NAME OF DECEASED CHILD:
“Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating the sudden death of a three-year-old child. At approximately 4.25pm on Sunday, October the 21st 2018, police received a report of a collision involving a child and a 4 x 4 vehicle at a private property near Llanybydder. Tragically, the child died at the scene. Our thoughts are with the family, who are being supported by specially trained officers. Enquiries are ongoing. H.M. Coroner and the Health and Safety Executive are aware.
“It’s with great sadness we confirm the child who died suddenly near Llanybydder is three-year-old Evan Lloyd Williams.
“The family do not wish to comment but have asked to be left to grieve in peace. Please respect their wishes.”
