Wales Rugby League U16 coaching roles available
Wales Rugby League, the National Governing Body for rugby league in Wales, is seeking a team of dynamic people to head up the National Under 16s programme for 2019-21.
Starting in January (2019) or sooner, the Head Coach, Assistant Coaches and Team Manager will be expected to form a coaching team that will breed success and allow players to develop into representative players.
These are voluntary positions, however, kit, transport, meals and any accommodation with the team will all be supplied. You will also receive a pass to give you free access to all rugby league matches in Wales.
The coaching team will be responsible for selecting, training and managing the squad both in a training and match day environment culminating in games against Ireland, Scotland, France and England towards the end of the season.
Each role requires specific qualifications, skills and experiences to undertake the duties required. Please read the attached job descriptions for each role and reference these skills, experiences and qualifications in your covering letters when applying.
Please note appointment to this post will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check and successful references being obtained. DBS is the Disclosure and Barring Service, formerly referred to as CRB.
