Three Charged In Connection to County Lines drugs in Llanelli

A Kidwelly man and two people from Birmingham have been charged in connection to county lines drugs supply in Llanelli.

Earlier this month (on December 5) drugs thought to be heroin and crack cocaine with a street value of more than £10,000 were seized from a car which had travelled to Llanelli from the West Midlands.

Roads Policing Officers carried out a tactical stop in the Hendy area of Llanelli, after receiving intelligence the car could be linked to county lines drugs gangs.

Using a sniffer dog, officers found two cling film wraps they suspected contained around four ounces of class A drugs in the car.

52-year-old Sean Roberts, from Kidwelly, and a 16-year-old from Birmingham were charged with possession with intention to supply class A drugs in connection to the stop.

This week (Wednesday, December 12) officers seized drugs suspected to be heroin and crack cocaine with a street value of £2,000 after carrying out drugs warrants at two Llanelli addresses they thought were linked to organised crime).

18-year-old Huseyn Meeran, from Birmingham, has been charged with possession with intention to supply class A drugs in connection to the warrants. Four other people were arrested and have been released under investigation.
