Appeal for vigilance following spate of burglaries

 

Police in Neath and Swansea are appealing for information following a number of burglaries within the past week.

South Wales Police

Officers are investigating several high value burglaries in the Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot areas.

All of the incidents are being treated as linked. This is due to the similar ways in which the culprits have entered each of the properties searching for jewellery and cash to steal.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about the burglaries or the stolen property to come forward.

In a recent burglary, a high powered black VW Golf was stolen (Registration: X9 LPX) they are keen to find this vehicle and return it to the owner.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or in an emergency 999.
