Two men have been charged in connection to the assault in Ammanford, which was filmed and shared widely on social media.
21-year-old Hefin Parker, of no fixed abode, has been charged with ABH.
19-year-old Ellis Kelman, of Llangennech, has been charged with encouraging/assisting in the commission of an assault.
Both men have been remanded and are due to appear at Llanelli Magistrates Court today.
