International guests take part in the vibrant social event led by Welsh Folk performers and Llangollen Eisteddfod headliners, Jamie Smith’s Mabon.
On Thursday 4th July competitors and visitors to the International Musical Eisteddfod were invited to take part in The Gathering, a fun and interactive celebration of international music and dance. Evening headliners, Mabon initiated the celebrations with traditional Welsh music and encouraged guests to take part in a ‘Twmpath’, an event where people gather to participate in traditional dancing.
