Opens up the mind
Are my moments
Your moments
Or does only one moment exist!
Feel the energy changing
Gratitude for the human
The ability to cover one’s fears
In layers able to fool
Fool oneself most of all
Humour – humility all within one space
Step back awhile
Reflect – take a big breath
That moment was there
A moment only – just – step into
To see all there is – was – or will be
Is this what I asked for?
am I ready to see?
Or am I really happy
