Album Review, James Blunt – Once Upon A Mind. James Blunt is an English singer songwriter from Hampshire, he is also a British Army Officer, he shot to fame in 2005 with his debut single You’re Beautiful becoming a massive number one hit for him, followed by the release of his debut solo album Back To Bedlam, he has clocked up 2 number one albums his second being All The Lost Souls in 2007. Once Upon A Mind becomes Blunt’s 6th top 10 album entering the album charts at number 3.

Overall I give this album a score of 8/10, this album is a feel good, easy listening and radio friendly, James Blunt is not everyone’s favourite artist, but I like most of his songs, especially his 2007 hit 1973. Track 5 is very much R ’n’ B sounding reminds me of Ed Sheeran/Maroon 5, If you like Maroon 5, Ed Sheeran, James Bay, James Morrison and OneRepublic you will like this album by James Blunt.
