Neil Hamilton has given a support statement to “Men Talking”

“I am delighted to support Mark Brameld and commend his initiative in setting up ‘Men Talking’.  Mental Health affects 1 in 4 of us at some time in life and it is widely acknowledged that men are far less good at admitting and talking about it than women.    Men need to be encouraged to understand and accept that they are not alone and there is no shame in admitting to depression or worse.   Men need to open up about their feelings and ‘Men Talking’ is designed to help them do just that – to bring men together so they can share and discuss their problems and work together, as well as with professionals, to get back on track.  I wish Mark and ‘Men Talking’ every success and will continue to do all I can to try and assist this fledgling organisation to grow and thrive.”

As well as this event on 13th there is also a gathering later in the month on Thurs 28th November at 7pm, in Pontarrdulais Rugby Club, Oakfield Street, SA4 8LW at 7pm.
