It has been a busy few months for the Burry Port Town Band, with performances at the National Finals of Great Britain and closer to home, at the West Wales Championships and now the band are looking forward to their Festive Christmas Concert in Burry Port’s Memorial Hall, on Friday 13th December starting at 7:30pm.
Why don’t you join us for an evening full of sparkle and Christmas cheer, with our Junior Band, the talented Welsh Soprano, Stephanie Smith, and compered by Ioan Hefin for a festive selection box of musical treats. Tickets are just £10 (Early Bird offer, or £12 on the door) and available from Elgan Jones Butchers, Burry Port Premier Stores or just call or send us a text message on 07765 890079 to reserve tickets to collect on the night.
Graham Howe, the Band’s Chairman added that “the band are looking forward to performing once again, back home in the Memorial Hall. A key development this year is that we will be partnering throughout December with Tenovus Cancer Care to help them raise valuable funds for their work. 10% of everything we raise in our performances throughout December will go to this amazing charity. So come and join us supporting this fantastic organisation and enjoy some Christmas musical sparkle!”
