Hywel Dda University Health Board Draft Strategic Equality Objectives for 2020 – 2024 – Survey

We are seeking your feedback on our proposed Equality Objectives for 2020 – 2024.

We have provided high level objectives and the outcomes we would expect to see, but there will be specific actions developed to address each outcome once the plan is in place.

We have already taken into account things that people have told us during recent months, but, before we finalise our objectives,  we would like to find out what you think.

This consultation will close on 13/12/2019  and the results will be used to inform our final Strategic Equality Plan, which will be introduced from 01 April 2020.

Rydym yn gofyn am eich adborth ar ein Hamcanion Cydraddoldeb arfaethedig ar gyfer 2020-2024.

Rydym wedi darparu amcanion lefel uchel a’r canlyniadau y byddem yn disgwyl eu gweld, ond fe fydd camau gweithredu penodol yn cael eu datblygu er mwyn rhoi sylw i bob canlyniad unwaith bydd y cynllun yn ei le.
