Carmarthen assault appeal

Police are appealing for information following an assault which left a man with head and facial injuries.

While officers were on patrol in Carmarthen during the early hours of Sunday, December 15, they were asked to go to Nott Square where a man had been assaulted.

He had sustained broken facial bones and a cut to the back of his head, and was taken to hospital by ambulance.

The victim said he had been assaulted by three men, who were wearing Christmas jumpers, at around 1am.
