Transport for Wales is rolling out new-style bus passes across Wales. We are holding more drop-in sessions to help people renew.
Those yet to renew their cards and need help can call in to our customer service Hwbs in Stepney Street, Llanelli; Quay Street, Ammanford; and Spilman Street, Carmarthen, between 10am and 2pm on Wednesday January 22 and Thursday January 23, 2020.
The sessions are specifically for those wishing to renew their passes (60, disabled and companion renewals). Customers need to bring in their current green bus pass and have their National Insurance number to hand, or the renewal application cannot be completed.
Anyone who wishes to check the progress of a renewal application they have already submitted, or those who wish to apply for a Concessionary Travel Card for the first time, should contact Transport for Wales directly.
Once cards are renewed, Transport for Wales will issue the new cards.
For more information about the new Concessionary Travel Cards, and how to apply online – including a video tutorial – visit Transport for Wales.
