JONES – Thomas Islwyn, a much loved Husband, Father, Father-in-Law and Grandad, passed away peacefully on 29th January 2020, aged 88.
Funeral to take place at Memorial Park Crematorium, Hitchin, SG5 3RT on 13th February 2020 at 3.00pm.
