                           Album Review

This Months album is from R ’n’ B star The Weeknd with his 6th Studio album After Hours, the album has already seen 3 songs inside the UK top 40, including Blinding Lights his first number one single, a very much 80’s sounding track like A-Ha’s – Take On Me.  The Weeknd who’s real name is Abel Makonnen Tesfaye is a Canadian born singer, from Ontario Canada made it big in the UK in 2015 with Earned It a massive hit from the 50 Shades of grey soundtrack, he has won 3 Grammy awards.  Here’s my review of the album with songs being marked out of 10

A fantastic album here from The Weeknd, highly recommend getting, if you can’t go out to get it in these current circumstances, then why not stream the album or download the album to keep on your music device, a fine R ’n’ B album, feel good with a late 80’s early 90’s feel to it.  overall I give this album 9/10, all thoughts are my own, If you have a suggestion for a future album review then get in touch with me eevans@llanellistandard.com
