‘The world around us with the current situation of the COVID 19 Pandemic is changing rapidly. It is extremely important that EVERYONE does their part in protecting themselves, their family and the whole community around them.
I’m sure everyone has heard and seen the government advice that has been issued. This applies to everyone whether you are in the vulnerable category or healthy.
Every member of the community has a responsibility to minimise the risk of this awful virus spreading.
Some of the main points to follow are:
* Stay at Home whenever possible.
* Social Distancing – Stay a minimum of 2 metres away from    each other
*  Wash your hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds before and after all activities.
* Cover your Nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing
* Ensure that all used tissues are disposed of in a black bin bag not in blue recycling bags.
* Eat as healthily as possible
* Open windows to let the fresh air circulate in your homes
* Work from home wherever possible and keep in touch via technology
* Support your family and friends over the telephone and online
* Look after your own wellbeing
* If anyone in your household begins to have symptoms such as a high temperature or cough, ensure that the whole family stay home in isolation for 14 days.
* And BE KIND – to yourself and to others.

Let’s show what a fantastic community we live in and think of the other people in our community.’
