Meet the dogs at Many Tears
Can you re-home Cosy Rosy? Cosy Rosy is a sweet and graceful greyhound. She was raced but was not considered fast enough or a good enough prospect to keep hold of, especially when the tracks were closed, so she was thrown away. An amazing lady stepped in to save her, just like she had saved thousands of dogs just like her previously. We were asked to step in to help find her the home she has never had but so deserves. Cosy Rosy can walk on a lead already and is a beautiful soul. She can live as an only dog in the right circumstances but also gets on well with her greyhound friend. Don’t forget she has been taught to chase small furries so cannot be homed with them and would need to have extra care taken when out on walks too. She may never have lived inside so will need to learn all about house training and most of all she needs to learn about love and kindness. She has a passport.
Cosy Rosy is such a loving dog who just wants to be loved back. She’s never really had a chance to be loved by someone until being rescued, but she so deserves a loving forever home. She walks lovely on a lead without any pulling and just wants to cuddle up after her walks. She does feel the cold a little so she wears a coat outside for walks and play. As mentioned before, she has never lived in a home so she will need house training so another dog in the home to show her the way would help but she could be an only dog in the home in the right circumstance. As a dog that’s been raced they tend to chase all small animals after this, not to say she will chase every one but you would need to be mindful when walking. She would need a home without cats.
Here is Cosy Rosy who is available for adoption
She’s a 6 year old Greyhound
