CETMA is looking for an experienced person or organisation that would be interested in Coordinating an Active Inclusion Funded Project.
The project is called Jobsmart Wales and will help people aged 16 to 25, and another which is 25+ who are unemployed. The project will help people by providing:
Pre-employment skills: Creating a CV. Get a CV MOT and find out how to stand out from the crowd. Preparing yourself mentally for interviews. Understand interviews • Being the best you:
Confidence and self esteem training and coaching.
Work Skills: Improving clients computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google suite etc.
Virtual interview skills. Understanding how people work from home. Understand different roles in hospitality and retail. Using social media for work.
Skills for Life: How to get the best deals online. Get the most out of your Smart Device. Whether you are looking for work now or sometime in the future.
What is needed?
Individuals or Organisations with confidence and experience in: dealing with the client group Hard to reach individuals Project coordination. Complying with Grant Funding Excellent reporting and IT skills Tutoring Expected contract does not exceed £2800, and is expected to last up to 6 months*.
