At the start of the pandemic, the Brand-A-Lust report found Gap to be one of the UK’s most-searched clothing brands by bored Brits stuck at home – with an 83% increase in searches between the 1st April and 31st May.
The Brand-A-Lust Pulse Check has revealed that Gap’s popularity hasn’t endured. The research found that Gap has 45% fewer people searching for the brand than during the peak of lockdown.
