Sport Pembrokeshire Awards 29.11.19

The waiting is over and the nominations for the 2020 Sport Pembrokeshire Awards have been revealed!

A total of 120 nominations have been received in nine categories for individuals and teams involved in a variety of different sports across the County.  

The three finalists in each category will be announced on Sport Pembrokeshire’s social media pages and in the Western Telegraph on Wednesday, 18th November.  

The overall winners will be announced on the same social media pages on Friday 27th November at 7:00 pm.

The awards are sponsored by Valero, the Western Telegraph, Folly Farm, and Radio Pembrokeshire.   

Cllr Paul Miller, Cabinet Member for Economy, Tourism, Leisure and Culture, said: “We’re really pleased that so many people have yet again taken the time to nominate individuals and teams for recognition in the Sport Pembrokeshire awards.

“Even though the calendar has been heavily disrupted this year, there were still a number of exceptional achievements within the sporting community and I’m delighted that through these awards, we are able to acknowledge and celebrate them.”
