  • 80g Frozen tropical fruit mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – optional
  • 100ml Nut milk or water
  • 40g granola
  • Berries and Coconut flakes to decorate

Step 1: In a blender whizz up the frozen fruit, protein powder if using, and nut milk. It should be slightly thicker than a regular smoothie.

Step 2: Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with granola and any other toppings you like.
