With Covid-19 restrictions easing across England, Scotland and Wales from Monday 17 May, HR-inform is on hand to help you reopen your business and get staff back to work.
What can reopen
Whilst there are some differences in each of the three nations, indoor venues such as cinemas, alongside indoor hospitality with alcohol, can mostly resume.
This is with the exception of Moray and Glasgow in Scotland, where level 3 restrictions are to remain for the time being.

In the meantime, staff should continue to work from home if they can .
Bringing staff back off furlough
Despite the reopening, eligible organisations are still able to use the furlough scheme until 30 September 2021.

Changes to right to work checks
The government has released updated guidance confirming that retrospective right to work checks will not need to be conducted from July, when a new process will be introduced.
