The Curling Club comes to Edinburgh and London’s Potters Field in December 2021 and will provide the nation’s workforce an alternative to the standard Christmas Party. A percentage of each booking will be going to hasta World’s chosen charity, Youth Sport Trust.

Gliding in with colour and style, wellbeing events and experiences company hasta World, launch The Curling Club across the UK; an Alpine themed festive pop-up with a twist. Combining competitive socialising with classic après ski atmosphere, The Curling Club presents a short form of the quintessentially British game along with wintery cocktails, Alpine inspired street food and live entertainment. Catering to groups of all sizes, the Covid secure Curling Club can be tailored to fit the needs of any party.

The high-end event is an alternative to traditional corporate socialising and team building events. The immersive pop-up will bring all aspects of the Alpines and après ski to the lawns of the UK. Live music, raclette, fondue, ice, flamboyant fun and games will replace the tired, tried and tested format of the Christmas Party. As a precursor to the 2022 Winter Olympics, December’s Curling Club will be an experience like no other, creating long lasting memories for friends, colleagues and business networks.

hasta World CEO David Lawlor said, “After the intense pressure the last 18 months brought upon us all, we are delighted to be bringing a fun, colourful and wholly different community focused event to the UK. The Curling Club is geared towards bringing those together who, for too long, have been apart. With one eye on The 2022 Winter Olympics, it seems only right to celebrate the great game of curling in an Alpine themed après party.”

In addition to the game, hasta will be running two-hour wellbeing sessions every morning for the duration of the pop-up. Activities include yoga and HIIT with community classes for local residents.

The Curling Club will run from the 1st to 19th December 2021 and prices start from £100pp.
