FURTHER CHANCE FOR A TRAIN RIDE AT CYNHEIDRE

The Llanelli and Mynydd Mawr Railway will be open again on the last Saturday of the month, 31st July, welcoming the public for pre-booked and socially distanced rides on its recently acquired Pacer Railcar. This is only the second time the railway has opened this year due to Covid restrictions.

We would encourage potential visitors to pre-book their tickets for an allocated time slot to ride on the line. This will ensure that social distancing is maintained. Please check and book via the web at www.ticketsource.co.uk/llanellirailway.

The Heritage Centre and picnic areas will be available on the day and there will be light refreshments and souvenirs available to purchase. We look forward to welcoming you to the railway on Saturday 31st July, but do please check on line and purchase your tickets in advance of travelling to avoid possible disappointment.

The railway is a charity run totally by volunteers. It is hoping to grow into a major tourist attraction for the Llanelli district and in order to reach our goals we need more volunteer help in all departments including operational, maintenance and restoration, and administration. If you could spare a few hours for what is a most enjoyable pastime and worthwhile cause do not hesitate to get in touch. For more information or to volunteer please visit our website at https://www.llanellirailway.co.uk or Facebook page at www.facebook.com/llanellirailway
