The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust recently held their first event of the year at The Gallery Yr Oriel in Newport, Pembrokeshire.
The event offered a steady stream of visitors the chance to learn more about the work of the Trust, and coincided with an exhibition at the gallery by acclaimed Pembrokeshire landscape artist, Gillian McDonald.
The Trust was set up to support and promote conservation, communities and culture in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Since the launch of the charity in summer 2019, over 13 projects have been supported. These include education projects, the creation of more meadows, work to tackle invasive non-native species and a scheme to support pollinators along the Coast Path.
