Programme Fast-tracks Job Seekers into Work in 3 Weeks

Jobseekers can fast-track their way to employment thanks to a new 21-day back-to-work programme. Tech start-up RoleCatcher has launched a tool to improve people’s chances of landing their dream role.

Recruitment expert Nicola Cutts, who helped develop the game-changing approach, has careful tailored the programme to meet the demands of today’s job market.

“Over the years I’ve seen so many qualified candidates struggle through a lack of preparation and structure. They apply for anything and everything, thinking it will improve their chances. The RoleCatcher programme is there to stop the scattergun,” she said.

After a rocky year, the UK job market is finally stabilising. Many who lost their job at the start of the pandemic have returned to employment. Those reluctant to make a career change amid the uncertainty are now taking the plunge.
