With staycations growing in popularity there hasnāt been a better time for a move into the UK tourism market. The degree programme allows candidates to enrol onto a three year course studying towards a BA honours degree in Management Practice with the Open University. As well as earing a recognised degree, the applicants will gain the experience of working within all three brands under the Bourne Leisure umbrella, Haven, Butlins and Warner Leisure Hotels.
Over the three year programme, each applicant will explore a range of fantastic opportunities in hospitality management at Haven, start in one of the management teams in the brink of the action at Butlins and get first-hand experience supporting the Head of Department at Warner Leisure Hotels. On completion, applications will not only be guaranteed a management role within the company but will also have opportunity to continue their career development with additional internal development programmes.
