·         Data analysed from the UK government live births database reveals the most popular days for babies to be born are the 24th, 25th and 26th September, meaning parents conceived the most children on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing day

·         The whole of September is by far the busiest month for new births!

It would appear that every Christmas Brits certainly do more than just kiss under the mistletoe. This would explain why everyone seems to have their birthday in September! Nearly 2,000 children are born on the 26th of September, which means couples celebrated with more than just a mulled wine.

thortful.com analysed live birth data from the UK government, which revealed that the most popular day for a baby to be born is September the 26th 25th and 24th  – if we work 9 months back from this date it would appear that it’s going to be a very merry Christmas indeed!

So, if your birthday is coming up in September it’s safe to say that your parents had a very merry Christmas. Fear not, though, as you share the same experience of being born in September with thousands of other people around the world!
