One of the most poignant occasions in the entire UK policing calendar will be taking place on Sunday 26th September at Lincoln Cathedral.

The 18th National Police Memorial Day honours those police officers who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting and serving communities.

Due to Covid restrictions, there are a limited number of spaces still available for media guests. The service will also be streamed live and available for media use on the NPMD website.

To register to attend in person, please use the link provided below. You must confirm you are attending in a media capacity, and without registration you will not be admitted.

An accredited photographer will be on-site and full access to the images will be granted after the event.

National Police Chaplain and National Police Memorial Day Co-ordinator, Canon David Wilbraham MBE, said: “National Police Memorial Day exists to pay tribute to the brave men and women who gave us their all; long may we remember them and their sacrifice. I hope that the service provides comfort and reassurance that their legacy will live on. We are grateful for your ongoing involvement and support.”
