The Pembrokeshire Coast Archaeology Day will return on 20 November 2021 with presentations on a range of exciting projects and excavations from across the county.
Organised by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority in partnership with PLANED, the event will be delivered virtually for the second year running due to COVID-19.
National Park Authority Community Archaeologist Tomos Jones, who will present the event alongside PLANED’s Cultural Co-ordinator, Stuart Berry, said: “Presentations will include updates on the Chariot Burial project, excavations at Caerfai, St Patrick’s Chapel, Haverfordwest Priory, megaliths of Pembrokeshire, Castell Henllys and Nevern Castle.
“There will also be an opportunity to hear about community heritage projects in Pembroke, Llangwm and the Preseli Hills.”
Tickets for the virtual event are £5 and are available to purchase from the National Park Authority’s website. The full programme and joining instructions will be sent to attendees a few days before the event.
