Let’s hear it for the tipple of Vampires!

Supermarine Vodka has teamed with The Salty Rim Co. to provide the ‘still’ beating heart of this little work of genius, the ‘Vampire’s Kiss Cocktail’.

Once the children are in bed, flickering candle-lit pumpkins are best enjoyed snuggled up with just the right cocktail for a little grown-up, sophisticated celebration of All Hallows Eve.

In our view, there is none better than this:

The finest vodka, paired with raspberry liqueur, fresh or frozen raspberries and ice.  Supermarine Vodka, from Spitfire Heritage Distillers, is sister to Spitfire Heritage Gin and has wonderful undertones of warm vanilla.  And, of course, the rim of your glass should be cloaked with a liberal dusting of #9 Brazen Red Cocktail Sugar from The Salty Rim Co.

Here’s how it’s done.

INGREDIENTS LIST: (Enough for two drinks)

•    SUPERMARINE VODKA – 60ml (2oz)

•    CHAMBORD (Raspberry Liqueur) – 40ml (1.5oz)

•    CHAMPAGNE or PROSECCO

•    The Salty Rim Co. #9 BRAZEN RED COCKTAIL SUGAR

•    FRESH/FROZEN RASPBERRIES

•    ICE

1. Using a lime wedge dampen the rim of your cocktail glasses and dip them into the #9 BRAZEN RED COCKTAIL SUGAR.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Supermarine Vodka, Chambord and six raspberries. Put the top on and shake for 20 – 30 seconds, the outside of the shaker should be nice and frosty.

3. You can either strain the mixture between two cocktail glasses or decide not to strain and get delightful little ‘taste bombs’ of raspberry throughout your cocktail. We prefer to not strain.

4. Top up with Champagne or Prosecco of your choice

5. Garnish with more fresh or frozen raspberries.

6. Tag us on the socials we’d love to know what you think of this Vampiric masterpiece.
