From Monday 8th November, for the first time since March 2020, double-vaccinated Brits can fly to the USA. Whether it’s to reunite with friends or family after a long 19 months apart, or perhaps you simply want to breathe a different kind of fresh air, Brits can finally explore America again.

For those looking to avoid the usual major hotspots, award-winning home swapping platform Love Home Swap has curated a list of its favourite small town USA destinations – so you can escape the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. The bonus? Home swapping helps offset the increased costs of travelling – it also offers opportunities to experience local cultures and avoid packed accommodation hubs.

About Home Swapping

What is a home-swap? Members can choose from a classic, simultaneous swap, where they swap houses with someone else, either at the same time or on different dates, or a non-simultaneous points swap, allowing them to travel without having to match their plans with another member.

How much does it cost? Standard membership is £10 a month billed annually and members earn points for hosting, which they redeem when they decide to travel – they simply pay a small service fee based on the length of trip. Home swapping is a simple, cost-effective way for members to travel at a fraction of the traditional price.
