Emma Tamplin, Collaboration Manager, Chwarae Teg, said: “Despite progress, women continue to be under-represented in positions of power and leadership. Our LeadHerShip programme provides women with an insight on how the day job happens, how decisions are made and how women in senior positions in Wales arrived at their careers. We want to make sure that women become better represented in such decision-making roles and provide women with a platform so that their voices are heard, and they are inspired to see themselves as future leaders.”
