Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a suspected assault on Heol Llangynnwr, at approximately 2:20pm, on Tuesday, 14th December.

A man is suspected of assaulting a woman after she stopped her vehicle to check on his welfare, as his Vauxhall Astra had collided with a roundabout on the A40, whilst fleeing the scene of a two vehicle road traffic collision on Pensarn roundabout.

The 39-year-old man, from the Warwickshire area, was arrested on suspicion of assault, driving without due care and failing to stop after a road traffic collision.
