A FPN has also been to a Llanelli resident dumped a sofa in Clos Sant Paul in Tyisha. The offence took place in November and was captured on CCTV.

Cllr Philip Hughes, Carmarthenshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Public Protection, said:

The illegal dumping of any waste ruins our county’s landscape and I am pleased that thanks to the hard work of council officers we were able to identify the persons responsible. I hope that this serves as a reminder that we will not tolerate fly-tipping of any kind in Carmarthenshire.”
