The Most Influential Stars of Love Island 2021 Revealed

With applications for Love Island 2022 now open, new research reveals the most influential contestants from the last series. 

• 2021 winner Millie Court is the most influential contestant with nearly two million Instagram followers, potentially earning £4,790 per sponsored post.
• Liberty Poole ranks second with over 1.5 million Instagram followers.
• Chloe Burrows is the third most influential member of the 2021 cast.

CasinoTop10 analysed the Instagram followings of the 2021 cast members and used a marketing calculator to reveal who is the most influential following their time in the villa, based on how much they can earn from sponsored Instagram posts.

Millie Court takes the top spot as the most influential 2021 cast member. With nearly two million followers and high engagement rates, she can make up to £4,790 per sponsored post. She took the Love Island crown last summer, partnered with Liam Reardon, and her popularity means that with just one paid post per week, she could make just under £250,000 per year.

In second is Liberty Poole who can make up to £3,894 per post on Instagram. She has 1,574,280 followers on the platform. Liberty left the villa on day 54 along with Jake Cornish after they split.

Chloe Burrows is the third most influential cast member. She is just behind Liberty Poole in terms of followers, with her current count being 1,574,714. Due to strong engagement with her followers, she is able to make up to £3,750 per sponsored post. Partnered with Toby Aromolaran, she came second in the series finale results.

Following in fourth is Kaz Kamwi with 840,917 followers and an estimated earning of £3,129 per post. Kaz was partnered with Tyler Cruickshank when she claimed fourth place on the show. 

Faye Winter lands in fifth with up to £3,010 per post which she can achieve due to having 1,225,768 followers on Instagram. She came third in the series with partner Teddy Soares.

Mary Bedford ranks sixth on the list with 789,325 followers and potential earnings up to £2,909. She entered the villa on day 29 and was dumped from the island on day 52.

In seventh is Lucinda Strafford who has 758,929 followers on Instagram. She can earn up to £2,795 per sponsored post. Lucinda joined the cast on day nine and left on day 28.

Liam Reardon follows in eighth, and is the highest ranked male contestant on the list, earning up to £2,713 per sponsored Instagram post. This is due to his follower count currently being 1,105,426. He joined on day four and made it to the final, taking the crown with partner Millie Court.

Ninth place goes to Teddy Soares, with 1,083,174 Instagram followers and earnings up to £2,667 per post. He entered the villa on day three and made it to the final, taking third place with Faye Winter.

Toby Aromolaran takes the last spot in the top ten. He has 997,907 followers on Instagram and can make up to £2,474 per post. One of the original cast members, he joined on day one and finished in second place with Chloe Burrows.
