One week, one journey, one pot… 

The benefits of one-pot meals are endless – quick, nutritious and with minimal washing up. Don’t worry, though; one-pot recipes aren’t just for winter. Meal kit Gousto has plenty of light and healthy dishes that shine through in the spring and summer months too.

Bella Italia 

Kick off with a one-pot pasta dish in the pasta capital of the world – Italy. This is Gousto’s homage to the #OnePotPasta creations that are trending on TikTok at the moment. An All-in-One Mushroom Ragu Spaghetti is ideal for serving with another Italian special – a caprese, mozzarella salad.  

The sauce and pasta are cooked in the same liquid which, as Jordan Moore, Senior Chef at Gousto says, ‘is the secret to getting restaurant quality flavour.’ It helps the sauce stick to your pasta, allowing the tangs of balsamic vinegar, dried oregano and rich tomato sauce to melt into the spaghetti and maximise the flavour. Sampling the tastes and smells of the Middle East  

Switch things up and experience some flavours from the Middle East, an area known for meals that are rich, fragrant and buttery. And that’s exactly what recipe box service Gousto’s One-pot Baked Spicy Minced Lamb Stew with Naan and Yoghurt gives you. Spiced with aromatic ras el hanout and fiery harissa, this dish is started on the hob and then bubbles away in the oven.
