As part of its celebration of International Women’s Day, Swedish artist Nomi will release her 5th single Pandoria through Star Stable Music on March 8th 2022.
Pandoria is a new song based on The Soul Rider books, the award-winning book trilogy from Star Stable Entertainment, the hugely popular tween girl, horse-based gaming brand, and home of Star Stable Music. The lyrics take inspiration from the books’ themes of building close friendships and the importance of having a strong community.
Hailing from Axvall in Sweden, Nomi Bontegard was discovered by the record label as an employee at Star Stable Entertainment where she still works as a 3D game artist and animator modelling, designing, and creating horses for the game. With Pandoria timed to be released on International Women’s Day, Star Stable Music is aiming to promote its incredible roster of female talent while standing strong in its values; to inspire girls and young women, to celebrate the power of sisterhood, and to create a more inclusive entertainment environment.
Nomi Bontegard says: “For me, it is very special that the song is released on International Women’s Day as I have taken inspiration for the song from strong female characters. It feels important to show what inspires me. To be passionate about your interests and at the same time be a good human and friend are inspiring qualities. When we support each other through tough challenges, we get stronger and that is what I really appreciate with the whole story of Star Stable Online and its community.”
Pandoria follows hot on the heels of Nomi’s singles Moon and Fire that have racked up close to 1 million listens on Spotify alone. Her hit song Fire was also the lead music for Star Stable Entertainment’s animated mini-series Mistfall which garnered over 12 million episode views in its first month of release. Fans of Nomi were recently treated to a live performance of the singles when she performed at the opening of the world’s largest gaming centre SPACE in Stockholm.
Star Stable Entertainment, the company that created the #1 fastest-growing horse adventure game in the world Star Stable Online has expanded over the past decade to include books, animated series and an independent record label. Star Stable Entertainment works to engage young girls and give them a place in the otherwise male-dominated gaming world.
