Tomi Adebayo

Tomi Adebayo is a 33 years old content creator and TV presenter now living in London, UK, helping redefine this new digital world.

Within a short space of time, his career as a YouTuber quickly expedited as he began to film, coordinate and produced ads for BMW Mini, made an appearance in the eBay TV and above the line Christmas OOH campaign across the country, presented for Britain’s Best Selling Toys on Channel 4 and Steph’s Packed Lunch on ITV and partnered with Formula E for their electric cars campaign.

This year, he will appear on season two of Love Cars’ brand new show which was aired on ITV last year and like most YouTubers, Tomi started from his bedroom with just a laptop, his camera and a huge appetite to be creative and break boundaries. He soon forged brand partnerships with the likes of Samsung, eBay, presents on Channel 5 Million Pound Motor Home, Formula E, Gillette and many others.
He wants to inspire and encourage upcoming content creators to start their journey in the digital space.

With an academic background in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Tomi’s passion for tech started at an early age. His first job was as a Database designer and manager at West Bromwich Albion Football Club. He then moved on to the Engine group as a Creative copywriter and soon moved up the ladder to Unilad where he was appointed as Head of Tech.

In 2013 he posted his first YouTube about TwelveSouth SurfacePad for Apple iPhone while working full time. Soon after he founded GadgetsBoy, a 360 production house that works with brands to create ADs for tech and vehicle brands.

During this time, his social media presence grew to 140k, as he posted more in-depth product reviews, explainers, photos and showcases of the coolest tech he’s encountered. Tomi’s content and videos are at once straightforward and incredibly well-produced, making his channels an essential resource for helping anyone and everyone navigate the constantly-evolving world of consumer technology.

His irresistible curiosity allows him to grow his audience and engage with them on daily basis.
