Hello,
I hope this email finds you well.
I contacted you previously regarding I emailed you previously regarding Channel 4’s Show The Dog House.
As before, we are casting for the brand-new series and we are looking to reach out to as many people as possible. This time, we’re coming to you as the BAFTA Nominated for Reality and Constructed Factual, Channel 4 series, The Dog House! We are still searching for individuals, friends, couples and families who would like to offer a rescue dog a loving home and share their story with us as part of our next series.
In case you haven’t heard of us, The Dog House is set at the animal charity Wood Green in Cambridgeshire and has been described as both ‘charming’ and ‘compassionate’. The programme follows prospective owners as they are matched with a rescue dog, specially selected by the expert team of matchmakers at Wood Green. In the previous series, we have found there are many reasons people might wish to bring a dog into their lives; loneliness, extra company for a child, health needs, or living in the moment more! We tell the story of both humans and dogs, as they prepare to meet each other for the first time.
I’m contacting you specifically because as a newspaper with a large following you might have some members of your readership who would be interested in a four-legged friend to join their family. We’ve heard from many dog owners who feel their focus, work/life balance, and general well-being have greatly improved after adopting a rescue dog. Equally, it’s nice to have a canine companion working hard from home for those relevant.
We’d love to reach as many dog-lovers as possible and maybe it’s something a little different for your readers! Your help would be hugely appreciated.
