Leading TV manufacturer, Hisense, has partnered with good cause enterprise Together for Cinema, to provide TV units and home cinema equipment for children and young people in hospices across the UK.

Global technology giant Hisense has teamed up with good cause enterprise, Together for Cinema, to provide high-tech Laser TVs to be installed in all-new cinema rooms in children’s hospices this spring/summer.

As a platinum sponsor to the enterprise, Hisense will initially donate a 100″ Laser TV to be at the heart of an all-new, state-of-the-art cinema room launching later this year, providing much needed escapism and entertainment for young residents and patients.

Together For Cinema aims to bring the ultimate home cinema experience to children’s hospices up and down the country. Its focus is on designing and installing brand new AV equipment, TVs and soundbars, to ensure children can enjoy great TV, film and sport, in a comfortable and safe setting.

“Together for Cinema is a fantastic charity doing incredible things to support ill or disadvantaged children. We are extremely proud to be a platinum partner and bring the ultimate home cinema experience to children, families, carers, staff and volunteers to enjoy. The Hisense Laser TV offers an unforgettable viewing experience for all so it’s going to be amazing to see the children’s faces at the big unveiling.”

Ian Morrish, founder of Together for Cinema said: “We are thrilled that Hisense has joined us as a Platinum Level sponsor, it really is fantastic to have a global company of this stature backing us.

“The initial gift of a fabulous Laser TV to one of our children’s hospice cinema room installations will make such a difference to the children and young adults, as well as families, carers and staff alike. We are hugely grateful and look forward to working with Hisense in the coming years.”
