CARMARTHENSHIRE AUDIENCES SET FOR A NIGHT AT THE MUSICALS AS THE OPERA BOYS PERFORM AT THE LYRIC THEATRE

Carmarthensā€™s Lyric Theatre will host the very best of West End and Broadway music this summer as The Opera Boys arrive with their new show, A Night at the Musicals, on Saturday 18th June at 7:30pm.

Having delighted audiences all over the world with their immaculate four-part harmonies, extraordinary vocal arrangements and powerful, moving music, The Opera Boys are touring once again with a brand-new show. A Night at the Musicals pays tribute to classic musicals including Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera and West Side Story, as well as modern smash-hits, Jersey Boys, We Will Rock You and The Greatest Showman. The performance will also showcase the impressive operatic arias for which The Opera Boys have become known, including Nessun Dorma

The boys trained at some of the UKā€™s most prestigious schools, including The Royal Academy of Music. Between them, they have performed in lead roles on the stages of Londonā€™s West End and New Yorkā€™s Broadway, and as backing vocalists for Russell Watson, Elton John, Tom Jones, and Robbie Williams.

Having performed across the UK and internationally, in 2018 The Opera Boys performed as soloists with The National Symphony Orchestra and were invited to perform at the 10th anniversary celebrations for the worldā€™s most famous cruise ship, Cunardā€™s Queen Mary 2.

Tickets for A Night at the Musicals are on sale at Ā£22.50 (Ā£20.50 concessions) and can be booked online at www.theatrausirgar.co.uk or with the Box Office on 0345 226 3510
