Hywel Dda University Health Board (UHB) mass vaccination centres will be closed Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 June for the Jubilee bank holiday.
Aberystwyth’s mass vaccination centre at Thomas Parry Library will also be closed on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 June. All other mass vaccination centres will reopen on Monday 6 June for appointments and drop-ins except for Tenby mass vaccination centre which is only open Fridays to Sundays.
Bethan Lewis, Interim Assistant Director of Public Health for Hywel Dda UHB, said, “This is the longest period our vaccination centres have closed during the programme, and we hope our staff and volunteers will have the opportunity to enjoy the bank holiday.
“A small number of staff will continue to work to support the ongoing vaccination of housebound patients.”We strongly advise people check the drop-in opening times before travelling as they may be subject to change by visiting hduhb.nhs.wales/covid19-vaccination or calling 0300 303 8322.
