Within the past two years, Revry has expanded tremendously. They’ve taken their online video content for women in the LGBTQ+ community to a new level with RevryHer, the largest collection of queer content for women, with many titles also created by women. Revry CEO, Damian Pellicione, stated that the launch comes from their “commitment to queer women” and to “share stories from a diverse perspective”. With Revry’s 46% female audience, this new channel will speak to its consumers. In addition, 37% of Revry’s audience are people of color and Revry is making it a priority to curate content that is inclusive of all communities of color. In its official launch, some of the featured titles are be Addicted to Fresno, Ma Ma, Boy Meets Girl, The Watermelon Woman, and many more fan favorites.
Aside from RevryHer, Revry is also launching “Music Out Loud: Pride Edition Brought To You By McDonald’s”. Music Out Loud is a Revry original series that pays homage to the music video shows everyone knows and loves. Music Out Loud: Pride Edition will feature current, popular music videos as well as exclusive LGBTQ artist interviews. Highlighting both budding talent in the music industry and well-known performers, the series will be a true celebration of LGBTQ artists and pride as a whole. As Revry’s audiences grow over 3X annually, it is clear that there is an ever-growing demand for LGBTQ-first content that is not going away any time soon. With this in mind, Revry and its content creators are devoted to making sure that the LGBTQ community’s stories are always represented.
