This summer, Bill’s & Fever-Tree will transport you to a citrus paradise, offering the perfect destination to Spritz throughout summer.

As summer edges closer and temperatures rise across the UK, Bill’s restaurants nationwide have received a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired terrace makeover, making them the perfect place to enjoy a Spritz and share a meal this summer.

The terrace at Bill’s Cardiff Central has been transformed into the ultimate spot to soak up the sunshine with a refreshing Fever-Tree spritz, complete with lemon-themed decorations and a curated seasonal playlist perfect for those summer vibes we have all been waiting for.

Get the party started with Bill’s new mouth-watering cocktails for the summer. Available now, Bill’s will be serving up a bespoke menu of new Fever-Tree creations, including the thirst-quenching Elderflower & White Grape Spritz (£8.00), Red Berry Spritz (£8.95), Lemon Drizzle G&T (£8.75) and Italian Blood Orange Spritz (£8.95).

If that wasn’t enough, gather friends and loved ones to catch up over Aperitivo hour. From Monday to Friday from 5pm onwards, guests can enjoy two Fever-Tree Spritz cocktails for the price of £12. Looking for weekend plans? Bill’s has extended its brunch menu from 11.30am until 5pm, and for £12, diners who order any brunch item on a Saturday or Sunday will be able to enjoy two Fever-Tree Spritz cocktails.

Also available now, guests can choose from a selection of sharing starters, available exclusively for the summer months, including Roasted Flatbread (£3.95) served with Chilli and Garlic or Garlic and Herb and Crispy Calamari (£7.25 for a small portion / £9.95 for a large portion) served with warm pour-over tomato sauce or with roast garlic and basil aioli. Those looking for a refreshing starter can opt for Tuna, Avocado and Tomato Tacos (£7.95) made up of seared raw tuna, topped with coriander, toasted sesame and crème fraiche in crunchy blue corn tortillas. Guests after a decadent dish will be pleased by the Burrata, red pepper & basil (£7.95) complete with whole creamy burrata cheese, chargrilled red pepper, white truffle oil and baby basil.
