Ryu Games today revealed that NFT game TokenLands is joining its Web3 games store and marketplace, Flame. Starting today, beta members can download the TokenLands collection of playable NFT cards with varying rarity directly from the Flame platform, which launched its multi-chain wallet, store and Web3 PC game launcher recently.
Ross Krasner, CEO of Ryu Games, said: “Web3 games still don’t have a central home today, it’s the Wild West of distribution and audience reach. Steam announced they wouldn’t provide support for NFT-based games, so developers don’t have many viable, user-friendly options to get their games into the hands of players. Flame provides every PC and web-based chain game with a cross-chain wallet and cross-game social login so that audiences can scale seamlessly. We’re excited to be working with TokenLands and our growing list of chain gaming partners to help them reach the rising market of Web3 gamers.”
P. Sekun, TokenLands Co-Founder, said: “There’s a tremendous amount of untapped potential for Web3 games in the market today, and in part due to player access, friction with wallets and more. Flame is helping us reach audiences with a better onboarding experience, and we’re thrilled to be bringing TokenLands to the platform today.”
Today’s news falls on the heels of recent announcements from Ryu Games on new widely popular Web3 games joining its Flame platform, including Swords of Blood, Ultimate Battle Arena, Minionverse, Splinterlands and Pegaxy.
