We Are Digital is providing Digital Support for those who don’t have access or are not confident using digital services. Our company is a social impact company whose entire remit is helping others. We are here to provide information and support so people can fill out HMCTS forms online.

We focus on assisting individuals who do not have the digital skills to fill out forms online independently.

Appeal a benefit decision

You may have received a decision from DWP about a benefit claim you submitted.
If you disagree with the decision, you can now appeal online.

Make a plea online for an offence 

We Are Digital can help people to enter a plea online using the Online Plea service for an offence or Make a plea service for a traffic offence. We can provide support to those who have received a single justice procedure notice for offences such as:

  • Using a television without a licence
  • Failing to show a valid train ticket whilst travelling on a train service
  • Driving without car insurance
  • Exceeding a speed limit
  • Failure to have a vehicle excise licence (car tax)

Online civil money claims

If you or someone you know believes you’re owed money, but a person or organisation refuses to pay, you can make a claim online. People who aren’t confident using digital services can get support from We Are Digital with filling out the online information needed to make a money claim. Support can also be provided for people who have received a money claim against them and need help responding online.

Apply for probate of an estate

When somebody has passed away, you can apply for probate. This means having the right to deal with their possessions or “estate”. We Are Digital can get you help to apply online for probate.

Divorce

Applying for a divorce can now be done online. If you or someone you know doesn’t feel confident using digital services, you can get help and support with this. Support can also be provided if you’re responding to a divorce application online.

Help with justice fees

You may be eligible for help with court fees for this service. This depends on the amount of your savings, if you have a low income or if you receive certain benefits. Support may also be provided to help you with your online (service) application and with your online Help with Fees application.
